Return Policy

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Charm America return code and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt.

To return jewelry item to Charm America, follow our two step process:

1. E-mail info@charmamerica.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the outside of the box.
2. Package, Insure and Ship your item with any National Carrier.
You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.

Lifetime Warranty

An item may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer’s defect, with accompanying original receipt proof-of-purchase. A returned piece will be replaced with the same item. If the item is not available, the Customer may choose another item(s) of equal or greater value. If an item(s) of greater value is selected, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.
